TESTIMONIALS
Amistad calls on Wild Associates for technical environmental support in a wide range of environmental issues including wetlands, groundwater assessment and remediation, risk assessment, and compliance. Wild Associates provides professional support which exceeds the ultimate cost to our customer, and increases the value of our total service package. Amistad values Wild Associates as a reliable teaming partner and esteemed professional peer.
Wild Associates has become my “Go to” “One Stop Shop” for all my environmental needs. I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker and I run across environmental concerns every week as my clients and I work through the due diligence on a property. It is comforting to know that Paul and Christy Wild and their team are only a phone call away. I have confidence when I recommend their services to my clients because I know that they will be conservative in their approach, be thorough in their evaluation and work overtime to seek ways to alleviate any environmental concerns that may arise. They do not disappear after an assignment – they immerse themselves in the project and always find ways to become part of the solution not the roadblock.
By taking the time to understand our business, Wild Associates developed a solid SPCC Plan. Paul excelled at identifying process improvements to assure environmental compliance and product stewardship.
Christy and Paul Wild provided excellent client service and sound environmental technical expertise to Huitt-Zollars for the securing of a Nationwide Permit 42 from the US Army Corps of Engineers in Fort Worth, Texas. This permit was required for a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department project at Cedar Hill State Park on Joe Pool Lake in Cedar Hill, Texas.
The folks at Wild Associates were integral to getting our Post-Ike Recovery Coopers Gully Rehabilitation Project through the regulatory maze to a Corps permit. Our funding from GLO was at risk because of unreasonable regulatory hurdles, but Wild Associates convinced us to stay the course. Working closely with our engineers, Arceneaux Wilson and Cole, Wild successfully addressed Corps, EPA, GLO, TPWD, and TCEQ concerns through a stream condition assessment and development of a vegetative plantings plan to minimize impacts to the gully, thereby mitigating agencies’ concerns. We now have a much-improved gully for minimizing extreme storm event risks to vulnerable neighborhoods in our city.
Wild Associates is a reputable environmental firm with whom I have been associated with for over thirty years. They possess a unique combination of in-depth knowledge and professionalism that distinguishes them from similar environmental firms in the market. I highly recommend Wild Associates and their portfolio of services and fully plan to utilize their abilities for future engineering projects.
In the construction and environmental remediation work I conduct for my developer clients, Paul and Christy Wild have provided excellent consulting services for contamination assessments in oilfield properties, remedial oversight, and wetlands consulting. They have found environmental risks that other firms missed and provided solutions that allowed my clients to move forward with site development while maintaining regulatory compliance. They have also provided more cost-effective remedial actions than those proposed by other firms, saving considerable time and money. Wild Associates is the first firm I call when my clients need environmental consulting services.
Wild Associates came through for me in a big way on two different multi-level, multi-residential building projects in downtown Houston involving remnant soil, soil gas, and groundwater contamination. They provided some initial pro bono consulting to help my team get over the hump to make progress when prior consultants were less helpful with their proposed solutions. Their analysis of the data set developed by others simplified our approach to complying with TCEQ directives, and their design of a sub-foundation gas venting system reduced costs substantially relative to other proposed methods. In the future, I will talk to WA first when encountering environmental problems needing regulatory and engineering solutions.
